Time schedule
Please take note that we have no inventory of most of the dresses. All dresses are made in our factory according to the size from buyer.
It will take 6-10 working days to tailor your dresses by professional dressmaker. Also it will take about 3-6 working days for the package travel from our facilities to your destination, the exact shipping time are based on the shipping company (UPS, DHL, EMS) standard.
Custom Size & Color
It is important to provide the correct size to fit yourself, you may choose the size and color from option list above or leave a message of your requirements when checkout.
Dress could be made with different colors, you can select the color you like from the color chart. We will confirm the Size/Color/Styles/Any requirements with you via email before Making.
How to submit custom size & color?
If you can't get the correct size from the standard size chart, please fill out the size form and submit your detailed size measurement when checkout.
Color Aberration
Please take note that colors may vary slightly from the pictures due to the nature of printing and other media used to show items.
Custom Order
Custom order is welcomed. Simply provide the picture or style of the dresses that you are favorite, we will then respond you with the cost required.
Return & Exchange
We wants customers to be happy. Sometimes a return is necessary to achieve customer satisfaction. Understanding that returns are appropriate for certain issues, we have set up a few guidelines to assure that returns are handled properly and fairly. Returns may be considered under the following conditions only:
All requests for returns due to mistaken shipments or dissatisfaction must be approved by us within four business days of receipt of order.
You should provide us the Authorization of the shipping goods. Failure to approve the Authorization will result in no action.
Merchandise must be in new condition, you can try it on, but don't make it dirty or altered.
No credit will be issued on items damaged due to shipping problems and any other situations beyond our control. The shipping company is liable for shipping negligence and you request damages from the shipping company.
On approved items, buyer shall be responsible for shipping costs both ways unless we are responsible for the return due to sending the wrong item.
